BOARD OF DIRECTORS Duties and Responsibilities

1. Attend all Board and Special meetings.

2. Attend all Planning Committee functions.

3. Participate and support all WCHA activities.

4. Assist in promoting the goals and objectives of WCHA.

5. Volunteer time and effort for special events.

6. Provide creative input to Board for continued growth of the organization.
